Phone is locked on the "cyclops" screen. Working fine earlier, plugged in to charge and that is where I found it. Tried calling Verizon for help listed on here but got a recording to call *611 from my phone. Duh.... can't since the damn phone isn't working. Tried to get a chat going but it says all techs are busy. Tried connecting it to my laptop but it isn't even seen by the computer. Any suggestions? Verizon stores are closed now.

We're here to help! I know how important a properly functioning phone is. Was the phone in a certain application when this occured? Is there any physical or water damage to the device?
