I have an LG G2. Recently, when making or accepting a phone call, the person on the other end cannot hear me. I can hear them just fine. This happens whether I talk using Bluetooth, speaker phone, or using the phone in a normal manner. Any clue as to why this is happening? I already made sure it wasn't on mute. Thanks.

On the LG G2, you need to turn off the OK Google from any screen "feature" .
Go to Settings, Language & Input, Voice Search, "OK Google" detection" and turn off "From any screen"
My wife's phone has worked flawlessly for the last 3 days since she has turned this feature off, and she makes a LOT of phone calls.

I have a LG G3 and having the same problem. It started a few days ago. A person on another forum thinks it is because of a Google update related to "OK Google" function. I can power off and back on and it works sometime, but only briefly. Today I can't get it to work at all.

Hi, I just read your email. Thanks for getting back to me!!
I tried the voice recorder and it worked fine. I can't figure out how to
use text to talk on my phone so I haven't used that.
I just tried to make a call and they still can't hear me.
I appreciate your assistance with this.
Thank you

I have used "Voice To Text" and it works fine. I have also used the "Voice Recorder" and it works as well. I have also used the "OK Google" and it works. I took the phone to the Verizon store and they said LG is aware of an audio issue with this phone and are working on a solution. He arranged for a new or refurbished phone to be sent to me. However, he said it is possible for the replacement phone to have the same issue.
I have received the phone and plan to convert to it today. I will report back whether this solution seems to be successful.

I, too, am experiencing a similar problem. 2 days ago my earpiece speaker stopped working. Others can hear me but I can't hear them. When I switch to speaker, I can hear them. I can hear audio when watching videos and my speech-to-text works properly when using it for texting.
