Older one-time (non-recurring) events in my Google Calendar don't seem to sync to Droid

Hi, Everyone,

My Google Calendar does have past events that were non-recurring (e.g., happened just once), but, even though my new Motorola Droid syncs to it, it doesn't seem to pick up those older events as the prior months/years in the Droid's Calendar are relatively barren (except for those events that DID recur).

Also, while following a page in the Google Help area (http://www.google.com/support/mobile/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=114500) that asked me to go into Settings --> Applications --> Manage Applications and clear out Calendar Storage...I saw NO entry for Calendar Storage.

Can someone please advise/assist me with this?  Thanks so much!

Sincerely,
Bram Weiser

There is a current discussion of this going on on the Android Developer forum, and there are quite a few people asking for this feature.

Hopefully it will be implemented in a future release, but at the moment I don't know of any way to enable it.

You might want to add your voice to the list of people asking for this feature.

Thank you, bkfist, for responding so quickly, but could you please clarify something for me?

I didn't think I was asking for a "new" feature (was I?)...rather that the current one (sync-ing to Google Calendar) should happen for all events on all dates, even if the non-recurring event has already happened.

Could you please clear up my confusion?

Many thanks again!

Sincerely,
