I just bought a note5. I connected my note5 to a WiFi connection at my friends apartment which he also has his Samsung Tablet connected into the same WiFi. All of the sudden my friend was able to see and have access to my Gmail as well to my calendar on his table. I couldn't believe it. Any ideas to make my cell secure and not to be sharing my personal info with other devices?
Was the wifi a secure wifi or an OPEN wifi connection? Did you need to use a password to connect? even so, I would think your friend would need to have your Google account password to log in.
You may want to consider using google's 2-step authentication so only your approved devices can log in to your google account.
