Hi, I have a Note 4 and the battery could hold all day on a single charge. After this new update, I lose battery so fast and my phone gets hot all the time. It's very frustrating that there are updates put out that don't have all the bugs fixed and we're pretty much forced to update since it pops up all day long if you don't. Is there anyway I can get rid of this last update?? I'm sick of my phone dying. Thanks
Factory resets are about the best way to make sure the update is not conflicting with the former OS version. When backing up and resetting, it's best to disable Data and App Data backup and restore. The old data conflicts with the new.
