Hello, Nicholas---What I did to get Google, as I recall, was I used my Android computer and got to a "Contact" spot where I could Chat---The response was IMMEDIATE which really impressed me---Then I was typing away about not being able to use the Wallet App and I saw a box that asked if I would like a phone call to speak with someone---I clicked Yes, I think, and again the response call was like in about 5 seconds---Very, very impressive---The guy yakked with me for like 20 minutes about their updates and how the updates work from Googles end---He followed up with an e-mail message and said if I want to ask him anything more to go back to that e-mail and hit reply and the query will go to HIS e-mail so I'll still be talking to the same person---Good luck---And yes, I did try checking for updates on my phone about a gazillion times and it always says it's up to date---But I've seen on chat before that some Verizon Note3 users have already been able to download the Lollipop upgrade on something called KIES---Other places I saw where Verizon was expected to upload a Kit Kat update sometime in October or November---What phone do you have and what update are you running?---And what part of the country are you in?---I'm in Florida---Don't know if that makes a difference in update availability or not---
