Yesterday, my Note 3 received an OTA update from 4.4.2 to 4.4.4. Everything appears to be fine EXCEPT for very low volume - even with the volume set at the highest capacity. When I play videos or music or attempt to speak to a caller, I can barely hear anything in my headset. When using the Note 3 without the headset, it is stil considerable lower even when maxed out. Where before I would have my Volume control set about mid-range, now when its even maxed out, I can barely hear! Is this fixable????

I am so sorry to hear about the issues with your volume after the software update. Thank you for all the testing you have done. Do you also notice low volume on a call when not using the headset also? When talking to someone on speaker phone is it still low volume?
