I recently purchased a Motorola Droid Turbo and I have tried both Verizon Messages with no luck receiving group messages on wifi?
Group Texts are sent as MMS messages or Picture Messages and will only go over Cellular Data. If you have Wifi turned on, they will not go. This has always been the case but it used to be that the device would still send if on Wifi but it would send over Celllular Data, but Kit Kat changed this part to where Wifi needs to be off for them to send.
