Yea, we're going to need a little bit more than ignored. What exactly was your experience?

I've been working with Verizon since March 2013 when i started with Verizon I have gotten 4 phones, 2 different ones and my phone still has the same problems plus more as the day I left the Verizon store. Now even the executive I was dealing with refuses to return my calls or texts and emails and tier 2 techs don't know what to do to fix the phone So yes, I am and have been ignored for almost a year.

Hmm, no offense, but that was a little bit difficult to understand. How many phones are having problems? Are they under warranty? What are the problems they are having? Are they damaged?
Like, I have worked customer service before (not for Verizon), and sometimes people want things that just can't happen. For example, they want a warranty replacement for a device with a cracked screen, or something like that. I'm not saying that's the situation with you, but just saying that a bit more detailed information may shed light on the reason why you might be in a case closed type situation in customer service's eyes.
