No Droid, Eris comparisons in this week's Consumer Reports

As AT&T continues to use Luke Wilson to dig a hole for them, Consumer Reports reported AT&T in FOURTH PLACE among the Top four carriers. Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verzion all did so much better than AT&T, and Sprint and T-Mobiel didn't even need to be available in some of the places Verizon was at to wipe the floor with AT&T.

So what was all this "highest in customer service" and "customer satisfaction" AT&T said they had?

They are so lucky Consumer Reports didn't review the Motorola Droid or HTC Eris in the chart that compared Smartphones in this week's Consumer Report.  Rollover Minutes and a-lists (which is just an adaptation of alltel's my circle in the markets that AT&T absorbed in the Verzion-Alltel merger) are useless if you are telling customers "stop using the network" "you're using too much data".  Maybe it is how their network operates that is flawed.

At any rate, I have a good feeling we will be seeing an end ot the Luke Wilson ads...or at least we will when the Droid and Eris take down the iPhone in a future issue of Consumer Reports.
