Hi, I have always had trouble with the Nexus 7 charging and/or holding a charge. Verizon tried to fix it twice. Last time I was on the phone with the manufacturer and got dropped after almost 2 hours on hold or talking to lots of "tech specialists".
Any suggestions how I get this resolved ? I want a new one, not just a repair.... but I cannot seen to find the source to contact to get this done.
Thanks

If you are outside the 14 day worry free guarantee and you get your device replaced, you're going to get a "certified like new replacement" weather its from Verizon or from the manufacture.
The only way toget a "new" device is to buy one or go through the manufacture and hope that they can fix your device and then return that same device to you.

Thanks, yeah, this is the feeling I am getting. It already went back and forth twice, but the issue was not fixed.
Tomorrow I am going to give them another try.
