I recently purchased a Galaxy S4 device with Verizon Wireless as my carrier. Am having some problems: why do I only have one bar? why am I having problems getting text messages from some people and why does my contact list seem to come and go? Any help will be most appreciated!
You might want to go in a store as they will be better to help you as seems to me your phones sims card might be malfunctioning.
