New Droid

I am eligible for my new every 2 on August 20.  I plan to buy a Droid phone.  There are so many.  Just wanted to see what everyone thinks of the one they have and if they could do it again, would they get the same phone and why.

I was debating the Droid X, but just saw a new Droid is coming out this week.  Any thoughts?

I don't know if many people will get the new Droid 2 considering the Droid X just came out. Most people have seemed to have got that phone. I think most people like their Droid X. As for the Droid 2, I would suggest waiting a bit until reviews from users come out on the phone. If it were me choosing a phone,I'd go with the Droid X

Get Droid 2, especially if you want a hard keyboard

It's a bit of a personal preference question. I went with the Droid (1) primarily because of the external keyboard. Now that I have it, I almost never use it, but I'm still happy with my decision. I have some friends with the Ally, which after getting used to the Droid I don't like very much, nut they are quite happy with it.

I recommend the up-n-coming Samsung Fascinate Android phone. It is the only phone with a Super AMOLED screen and fastest CPU/GPU.
