I am...very displeased. Recently i have cracked my s5. Wasn't worried about it because i have insurance. Well now i am completely dissatisfied. This new process with the whole Affidavit documentation process not only time consuming, but it is totally inconvenient! Your telling me i have to print out a form(which btw I do not own because i am a struggling college student), fill it out, fax or scan it back to them with a photo id, wait for them to accept my form only for them to tell me that they only accept black or blue ink. This is ridiculous! It was so much easier before, why do i have to go through all this bullshit?! 3 days I've been without a phone! Verizon better switch phone companies, or asurion better find a new to do this shit.
