Got a Pantech Breakout in sep. of last year, had great data and connection up until this year. Dropping calls, text not going through, and never have data at my home. No one else I know with verizon has this problem, and thats my whole family in the area. please help

I would suspect your main issue is that you got a Pantech

I would love for you to be able to get your data working the way it once did, jesselou. There are some things we need to do to make sure the phone is working properly. It appears as if this is an isolated incident with your phone because yours is the only one that is having the problems.
First, soft reset the device http://vz.to/14bMX21. After that is done, you should http://vz.to/164UnCR.
