NOT RECEIVING CALLS ON ERIS....

When I am out of my home area I cannot receive calls from someone on another network... also if someone is out of my local area they cannot call me and they are on another network. Message says that my number is not accessible at this time.... any ideas?

Try dialing *228 + send from your phone.Press option 2.That may fix the problem
