My son just got a droid 4, he forgot his pass code so he tried  signing into his google account and got that password  incorrect also. By the time he brought it to me it says  "too many pattern attempts" above his google login. I log in with the correct info, it goes to a black screen then back up asking for login info again. What do I do?
