My phone has not updated my email in 2 weeks

My phone is not updating my email.  What do I do to fix it?

Oh goodness. This doesn't sound normal! What make/model phone do you have? Are you able to manually get the emails to come through? Please share.

It is a Samsung Galaxy 4 and  I can only see old emails.  i cannot manually get the new emails.

Pull the battery if that doesn't work remove and readd email account. It could be your data cinjection test that too

wintercat, thanks for these details. I want to make sure you are staying connected with e-mail. I would recommend on removing the e-mail from the device and re adding the e-mail back on to the phone. Here is great link that will walk you through those steps: http://vz.to/1BbqYXf
