Hi,

My warranty expired 30 days ago, and now my battery shows a question mark and it will not power on. We tried everything as suggested by tech support, but now they are asking for $350 for a new phone. Does anyone out there have experienced such terrible situation with this phone?

I thought of replacing the battery, but of course the battery is not replaceable.

Thanks for the help in advance if there is someone out here with some suggestions.
