My Razr M will not allow me to update apps or even open google play.

I have have a Droid Razr M and recently it has not allowed me to open Google Play, which in turn will not let me update any apps. I am also unable to download or load certain images on emails or from online for some reason. Any suggestions or people who have similar problem?

Power Cycle it power + Lower Volume press for 30 sec then let off the phone will power back on, I would follow that up with a Clearing of the Cache Partition.. if the power cycle fails to get it working,  see if those suggestions get it to working again..  Let me know b33
