My Galaxy S5 wont read my SD card

Hey all, I've had my Samsung Galaxy S5 for almost a year now and I've had the same SD card in it. For some reason my phone just randomly quit reading it. I've tried rebooting my phone and removing my card and putting it back in. No such luck. Any ideas?

It's likely your SD card has died.  They don't last forever.  I have an adapter that lets me put it into my PC. That would be a good way to test it.

my computer wont recognize it either. Is there any way to recover the data? I really just want my photos

Try recuva if that doesn't work I'll have to grab out my other laptop and see what other software I have used to do the same.
