My Droid Razor has lost phone icon and key pad

If you open your app drawer, you should be able to find the phone app, long press this and drag and drop it where you want it.

Thanks for the help went to apps. there is no phone icon there.

That's odd. Try pressing the search button and type in phone or dialer, and see what comes up.

That is Odd:   To the OP does your phone have I.C.S or are you still using Gingerbread if your Using I.C.S Tap the Center button on your Home Screen Called Apps once you done that Scroll Three pages 1 , 2 , 3 and your Phone Widget will be in Green with a Green old style Handset Take your finger and Long Press on it and then move it to a Screen of your Choice..
