I keep getting messages from my email and messaging apps taht there is no more room and to delete files.
I have a 16 GB SD card.
How can I view what's on the SD card?
How can I move apps from the internal memory to the SD Card?
How can I download apps in the future, straight to the SD card?
Any and all help will be appreciated!

That message has nothing to do with your SD card. You need to delete some text messages, and I would also suggest clearing cache and data from your browser and (assuming you use it) your Facebook app. For some reason, those two tend to keep a lot of unnecessary data.

Do you have a lot of stuff on your microSD card?
1). OK, first, download a program called Free Advanced Task Manager.
Launch it and select the Phone Tab.
Check each program that shows up there, and one by one and press "Move to SD Card".
If you get an error message saying couldn't move to SD card, select Move to SD Card a second time.
Periodically do this when you are downloading apps. Most apps are smart and move themselves, but not all apps do so.
2). Second, download a program called 1Tap Cache Cleaner
Launch it and select Cache Cleaner and also select History Cleaner.
Periodically run this program and clear caches.
3). Do not use the built-in email program. Save yourself infinite grief. Download K9 Mail and use that instead.
