Mobile hotspot

I havent seen able to use my mobile hot-spot since I got this phone.  When I go to switch it on,  I'm told that I need to subscribe. Eventhough I have the $70 unlimited plan

If you are referring to the prepaid unlimited plan, that particular plan doesn't include the mobile hotspot feature. You need to switch to a plan that has the mobile hotspot feature included.

We always want our customers to have the features that they need for their phone, Mrbrashear. Ann154 is completely correct, our $70 plan does not include the hotspot feature.
