I am a prepaid customer. And very very unhappy. All other carriers major and off shoot have at least 5 gigs of data or more., for the same 45$ or less. Some of them significant ly less. Verizion has given me zero reason to stay. CS could not be worse. Haven't been able to get the adaptions I need as a disabled person. It is expensive with virtually no data. Why should I upgrade to a higher data plan I can get more for less with any one else.
Found out yesterday that my new power chair. Uses smartphone or tablet to function and control things. Need to be able trust my provider. For this. 90 days max until delivery of it.
