Can anyone please explain to me HOW Verizon can claim to be the best? When at least 2 times a day sometimes more my phone refuses to connect to the web and my internet signal icon disappears completely. Yet, In return I'm still aloud to pay full price for the service I'm unable to use over 50% of the time. And on top of that I purchased tethering for my home computer and it worked beautifully until my brand-new phone went crazy and they sent me a new (refurbished) one, that obviously was someone else's piece of crap, and now it doesn't work at all on new phone. I'm tired of factory resting my phone and being on the phone all day with someone that can't see what is going on or help fix the issue.....EVER! I have had to reset to many times. Obviously I'm getting to use web now but it usually will not even connect to Verizon site. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
