Over the weekend I made the mistake of accepting an upgrade to the Message App on my LG G3 running Android V5.0.1. Ever since the messages now display phone#s instead of the contact name. If I compose/send a new message, the contact name is displayed for that conversation. However if I receive a new message, it only displays the phone #? What can I do to correct this, or back out the Message+ upgrade???
(I love my phone, but the updates that constantly break/change things are irritating)

Here to help. Software Updates are intended to improve the function of your phone. I can totally see how not having your contacts link up to your Message+ app become bothersome. Are you having issues with all contacts? Please clear out Message+ application and keep us posted.
