Losing service every night

Every night for the past 3 nights I lose service on both my phone til 4 am. I call customer service and I don't even get an answers. Never mind being credited for the lost of service and my time. When I lose service I can make or receive phone calls or use data. I want answers soon or I'm switching to at&t

The problem last usually 3-5 hrs

I see no signal symbol and the nit will go into just signal bars with not internet and roaming symbol

Thanks for the info! After review, I was unable to locate any outages in the area. Have you tried rebooting your devices? Is your network mode set to LTE or global?

I power cycled both phones and it is set to Global mode.
