Now that I FINALLY got it to ring (most of the time) I am not re-settting anything. Why is the connection so poor and sporadic?

Now I keep getting text notification sounds with no visible texts. What a piece if s**t this is. My phone is basically useless. What are you guys - the Ines who accept payments - going to do about this? Its unacceptable 'services'. What is the plan to solve all the issues your customers are having?

I have, as the new norm, mostly 3G only and can seldom place a call when at work as I have one tiny bar of connectivity. Why have a phone when I can't use it? Still no response to my questions about what VERIZON is doing for their thousands of customers who have lost functionality/connectivity.
