Latest Android update


Dear Verizon,

Being with the latest Android update I have lost 1/3 of my key pad, and Swype.  I will now be paying only 2/3 of my Monthly bill.  I suggest you contact Android for the unpaid portion.  I am outraged that you would greatly reduce the functionality of my service, and expect me to pay the same monthly fees.  I do not recall being consulted or warned that you were going to drastically reduce the value of the service you provide.  Therefore, I feel generous in giving you warning that I will be drastically reducing the amount of money you  will receive for said services.
