LGV20 powers off on sleep.

Each time the phone display turns off the phone completely powers off. I've:

1. Restarted it in safe mode
2. Performed a factory reset.
3. Removed the battery and cleaned the contacts.
4. Removed and replaced the sim card.

Each time the problem persists.

MARBEL14, thank you for reaching out to us. I certainly want to make sure that your concern is addressed promptly. In this case I suggest that you take your device into a corporate Verizon location to be looked at hands on. You may need to look at replacement options.
