LG Vortex is FREE in my flyer

I am eligible for the new every 2, and my flyer says the Vortex is FREE with the promotion.  However, the cost on the site is still $29. even with the new every 2 $50 promotion.  What gives?

Sometimes in-store prices are different from online, or maybe there is a mail-in rebate involved.
