I have a LG Spectrum and have changed my lock password and forgotten what it is. How can i unlock it?

Otherwise, I think you can perform a Factory Data Reset, but you'll loose all your information in the process.

Your best, and safest bet is to take it to your local Verizon store where they can use a PUK (Personal Unlocking Key) to unlock your phone.
