LG Intuition Error Code 1001

I am constantly getting error code 1001 on my LG Intuition no matter what I am doing.

Please help

Hmm lets put an end to this error message! Do you receive this message when accessing an application or the internet? Do you notice a trend of when this happens? Please share details so that we can better assist.

There no trend or anything. It just pops up whenever, not after opening a particular app or anything. Sometimes after letting the phone sit awhile and then going back to it, it pops up, and there are no apps or anything open. But there is a message about the Backup Assistant that also pops up randomly as well. I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I've tried to get into the Backup Assistant, but it just spins and doesn't do anything.

Let's try a few troubleshooting steps to rectify this issue.  First, ensure you are connected to the Verizon Wireless 3G/4G network and disable your WiFi connection http://vz.to/1k87NmG.  Then reset the Backup Assistant application by following these steps http://vz.to/1bfYs6X.  Please let me know if the problem persists after following these steps.  Thanks again!

After following these steps, I am still experiencing this same error message, and it appears to be connected with the Backup Assistant as the notification is always there when the error appears.
