Hello motomom05
I'm sorry your having activation issues. I would be glad to get you up and running! Are you encountering an error? If so, what's it saying? What zip are you in? Any other devices around you having issues?

Congratulations on the new phone!
Please let me know if you are still having problems activating.
Do you get an error? If so, what is that? I want to resolve this for you.

how did you fix the issue? Do you realize how rude it is to post that you resolved an issue but not HOW you resolved the issue?

Instead of a statement such as this, motomom05 may have appreciated a post describing what you did to actually resolve your problem instead of a wish of "Good luck".
That is how we learn on this peer-to-peer help forum.
If nothing else, it would have been an example for other to try.

If all would read my above post, I explained that I spent many hours on the phone with Verizon. That IS HOW my activation issues were solved. The problem was on Verizon's end, not mine. THEY resolved it, NOT ME. I don't know what THEY did. And it WAS A REAL PAIN. IN FACT, THE AMOUNT OF TIME I SPENT WAS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS. I DO wish everyone with activation problems good luck, because they will need it.
