LG Enlighten....Help please....

Hi...I've had my LG enlighten for about 2 months and all was fine until today when I went in to look at some pictures, I had about 30 saved on my phone, and there was nothing in my gallery. I thought that possibly one of my children had deleted them somehow but when I take new pictures they are no longer being saved to my gallery. Has anyone else experienced this?

Are you seeing any sort of pop-up when you take pictures?  Possibly about not being able to access your SD card?  Also, if you plug your phone into your computer, are you able to view your pictures that way?

trish8718, I know how important it is to be able to access your pictures directly from your device!  Have you tried removing & reinserting the memory card? http://bit.ly/MfuWW3  And as demmo86rt suggested, have you tried syncing your device to a computer to see if you can view the picture files?  Let me know so I can further assist.  Thanks!

Hi Chasey_BOI,

Never fear, help is here! I'm sorry to hear that you've been locked out of your device. Is this the LG Enlighten? If so, the device will ask you for the device password 10 times and then go into a locked status. In this locked status, you're able to enter in your device Gmail email address and password. You can access http://gmail.com if you need assistance with the password. With these details you will one again have full access to the phone. If you don't recall the email address and password and can't retrieve from Gmail then the only alternative access to the device will be to complete a hard reset http://bit.ly/wvIYBd.
