I have a problem. When I pair my Cosmos VN250 with my Nissan Xterra, it pairs and about 30 seconds later the pairing drops and it appears as though the phone resets. The system continues to pair and drop pairing which results in the battery being run down because the display lights every time the system drops and resets. Other posts regarding a different phone (Cosmos Touch) indicate that the problem lies with the phone book download. I have tried my phone with the GM Acadia system and it works fine.
I have also tried the Nissan system with my Motorola phone and the Nissan system works fine.
Does anyone have a work around or fix (preferable?)
Are you sure the phone and stereo are compatible. You may want to check some literature, I have seen a lot of posts regarding vehicle bluetooth systems not being compatible with all phones.
I have checked both the Verizon and Nissan web sites, both indicate that my Cosmos is compatible.
