I attempted to do a full factory reset this morning. After I hit the reset button under the settings menu, the phone turned off and back on with the green Android guy on it. I touched the Android as prompted and made the special call to activate it. I followed the directions and hit 1 when prompted to do so. Music came on it and it told me to wait while my phone was being programmed. That took a minute a or so. A message came on and said the phone was successfully programmed. The call automatically disconnected and a message on the screen said it was shutting off to be reset. It turned off and on only to come back up to the original Android screen that prompts me to call the activation number. I have followed the steps several times and each time it tells me that has been successfully programmed, but always powers off automatically and comes back to the initial activation screen. Am I doing something wrong???
