LG Ally Vibrate Issues

All of sudden my Ally stopped vibrating, even when it's specifically on vibrate mode. I've checked all the settings in every area, and each has vibrate mode checked. It's not on silent mode, and I've tried turning it off and back on several times. It was working earlier today, so I just don't understand why it stopped. I almost always only use vibrate mode, and not having it as an option is quite difficult for more.  If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix it, I would love to hear them because I'm definitely stumped.

Have you tried a battery pull? Remove your battery from your device, wait about 30 seconds then place your battery back into your device and power on. If you are still experiencing the same issue, I suggest to perform a factory reset. If you perform a factory reset, all user applications and user data will be deleted. Please remember to back up any important data before performing a factory reset. Here are the steps to perform a factory reset:

1. From the Home screen, press the Menu key .

2. Touch Settings > Privacy >Factory data reset.

3. Read the warning and touch Reset phone.
