Since receiving this refurbished Ally from VZW it will not show that I have voice mails waiting. Very frustrating because when I do decide to check them there are 6 in there and I have no idea what day they came (since VZW took away the date before each VM)... Went through all the options in the phone and unable to figure out. Am I missing something?
I would be glad to help. Its very inconvenient not to get your voicemails in a timely manner. Let's get that fixed right away. Please make sure your voicemail indicator is turned on. Here's a link to show how to check that setting. To hear the the date and time choose envelope information after the message plays at the directory choose 0 for more options then 5 for envelope information.
