Kyocera Brigadier battery - My phone is just over a year old and the non-replaceable battery is now running down very rapidly. Any quick fixes?

My Kyocera Brigadier is now raunning the battery down in less than 15 hours.  I have eco mode on and previously I experienced about 48 hours of usage before the battery died.  Its not really a user replaceable battery.  Am I saddled with this for the next 10 months or so until I can replace the phone?

You might have a few runaway or un-optimized apps.  Do a review of the battery use from the Settings screen and weed out any un needed apps.
