Kitkat update Calendar app not installed

Got upgraded to Kitkat 4.4.2 today. Clicking on my Calendar app gives message "App isn't installed".

Calendar app has been installed and working for at least 2 years, no problem.

Verizon "Tech Support" advised me that this is a know issue and that Motorola is "working on the problem".

Also that I should download another calendar app and re-enter all my data. (removed)

Anyone else???
