So, I log in to my Verizon Wireless account to get some information about using my phone overseas. I see the nice handy Live Chat option, and I think, great, no need to spend an hour on the phone. Wrong.

Even though I am logged in to my account, when I choose any of the options under Live Chat, the sub-options are greyed out and there's a prompt that says "Please sign in..."

I AM signed it. And of course, "Please sign in" is given as plain text, not (heaven forbid) as a hyperlink that might actually take you to where you can fix the "problem".

This is infuriating.
