Insuficient Memory errors

We bought two of the Elipsis7 tablets and generally love them.

However, we are getting insufficient memory errors every day which is ridiculous.

Without some correction to this defective configuration the tablet is nearly worthless. We install few apps and even run out of space trying to update the Verizon bundled apps.

Yes, we have already moved everything possible to the 'tablet space'. adding a SD card was of NO USE of course because of the poor configuration.

So, When and, How is this going to be corrected?

We paid good money for these and continue to pay for service and the devices are at best marginally functional...

All customers that bought that tablet have the same issue.

Verizon has not gave any info on an update.

Yes, I realize this.

But, I am hoping that if enough of us complain Maybe, Hopefully, someone at Verizon will actually listen and get the point.

This is a monthly rental paper weight and that is pitiful.

The whole point was the small size and integrated 4g. As it stands I am left dragging around one of my 10 inch Asus or, Samsung tablets with my MiFi.

This one was nice because it fit in my coat pocket or, lunch cooler etc.. and had the 4g.

VERIZON - Is anyone listening or, reading?! ! ! ! ???

If you are still in the 14 day return policy period, I strongly recommend that you return them, pay the restocking fee, and purchase two Nexus 7 LTE tablets. Your memory issues will disappear immediately.

The Ellipsis 7 is a great tablet! I have one myself. The device itself comes with 8GB of onboard memory. Do you have a SD Card in your device? http://vz.to/1cljuIW This will help with memory errors. Also, there has been an update released for your tablet; have you installed it? This update will help out a lot. Keep us posted.

I keep getting the "email stopped due to low storage" and I have deleted all the e-mails.  My device shows 3.60 GB available Tablet Space, 22.10 MB available app space, and Applications 0.96 GB.  I have 29.55GB available on my SD card, and can't figure out how to get anything to move from internal storage to the SD card.  Can it be done?  I am up to date on the updates.

The 22.10 MB available is likely what is generating the error. I need to increase it by clearing the cache from your applications and uninstalling ones you can.

I'm sorry you keep getting the error message on your phone PJHOME. I know this is frustrating but we will continue to work on it. What device do you have? Have you tried a hard reset?
