Incredible 4G LTE Problems

Where is the Incredible 4G LTE discussion forum?  Where can we post problems and get help without having to be on hold with tech support forever?

I am on my second Dinc 4G and it is having numerous problems (apps locking up, no data connection, poor GPS/navigation, battery will not completely charge, random restarting itself, and more). I need to document the problems so Verizon will replace the phone under warranty.

Unfortunately this isn't the place for that. This is a peer to peer forum. Tech support is your only option for the trouble you're talking about. If you have a Twitter acct, you can try @VZWSupport. They're available M-F 7am-10pm CST and Sat and Sun 7am-4pm also CST.

Android covers all Androids Phones but for information Specifically on the Incredible's you can find it in the HTC Incredible section it Covers all of them...  b33 Smiley Happy

If you're having that many problems with a new phone it might be time to start looking at the apps you use and formatting your sd card

I definitely want you to have a reliable working phone. My phone is very important to me too so I understand your frustration. But no worries because I'm here to help.

From what you mentioned it seems like you're having many issues with the device. How long have you had these issues? Did you notice they started after downloading a certain app or when accessing a certain function on the phone?

It may be a 3rd party app causing the issues. Let's run the phone in safe mode http://vz.to/13m5w1d and see if you notice a different. This will help us determine if the issue is caused by a 3rd party. If the issues stop while in safe mode then you will need to uninstall all 3rd party apps and add the back one at a time to determine which one is causing the issues.

If the issue persist while in safe mode let me know so we can continue troubleshooting.
