I was just told by customer service that they can't help me troubleshoot my wifi. I don't really want to use the 3g to send and receive picture messages, I want to do it with the wifi only. Is that too much to ask? Does anyone have suggestions? thanks. btw pulling the battery doesn't help.
mms and sms messages are sent over the 3g network. i don't belive you can send and recieve over wifi (i could be wrong).

No I believe you are correct, I just disabled my data connection and connected to wifi and then attempted to send a mms and the device would not send the file until the data connection was turned back on.... MMS is still a text message and text can be only sent on the network connection..
