15 minutes???? It took more like 4 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  And all the time my phone was showing 4G whats up??????

Dear Arnetth VZW

So, I downloaded and installed ICS yesterday.  So far I am really UNHAPPY.

1.  E-mail sync to my business e-mail no longer works.

2.  Favorites are major messed up.  Items that weren't favorites, suddenly are.  Items that were favorites no longer are.

3.  One touch dialing on home screen messed up.  Not the items I had there before.  How do I fix?

4.  Contacts messed up.  "Remove from Favorites" doesn't work.  "Add to favorites" doesn't work.

5.   On People/Favorites - How do I get rid of the stupid picture?  All I want is a list.  The picture is an incredible waste of screen space.

Please let me know who to call or what to do.  I really don't like this!
