I've lost my Unlimited Data plan after activating my insurance replacement phone. I did not authorize or accept any changes to my current plan, nor have I upgraded. To make matters worse I'm being billed over data charges that occurred while I still had unlimited data. I've contacted Verizon three times to rectify this problem. Each contact person tells me that it will be taken care of and I will be contacted. Over a week later, still nothing. Not sure what to do now... I am really disappointed in how Verizon has handled this after being a customer for over five years.

I spoke with a verizon sales rep the other say and the rule is that the only way you would loose the unlimited data is if you changed your contract meaning an upgrade or new phone. In your case it must have been a technical mistake. Just call and they should resolve it. Key word is SHOULD

I too lost my unlimited min. and my mobile to mobile min. I have the 450 plan, which had unlimited min after 7pm - 7am and weekends plus holidays. Now they are all added together. I have not changed a thing. I have been a Verizon user since 2002.
and pay my bill as soon as I get it.
You are never SOL if you keep calling until this gets right!!

Two days and I activated it right away. Still no response from Verizon at all. Every representative has told me that I would be contacted and my service returned. It's becoming obvious that Verizon is more concerned with profits it makes than customer care. I will not stop calling though!

I've called four times in the last week, no response at all. Very disappointed in Verizon at the moment. Up to this point I have had absolutely no issues with Verizon or its services. They must be making a killing on the Data packages if they're willing to screw over customer instead of honoring their contracts with them. Sad...

So, at some point wouldn't you just refuse to get off the phone until someone helps you? If they continually fail to contact you, don't let them push you off the phone. No matter how much they tell you nobody is available to help you, once you tell them to cancel your service, they will magically find someone.

Sounds typical. Some of the people you talk to or try to talk to will hang up on you if you keep insisting on them fixing something. A CL person responding is like tyring to get a Verizon rep to respond.
