This has been going on for a few days now. I'll receive some texts but not all of them. Also, my fiance has to send a text multiple times in order for me to actually get it. We're both Verizon. I have a Samsung Illusion and he has an original EnV. Please help!
Sorry to hear you're not receiving all of your text messages alilbaby2013! I have a few questions to see where the issue may lie.
1) Are you using the native texting app or a downloaded one?
2) Does this only happen with your fiance, or is it other people too?
3) Do they come in delayed or not at all?
4) Please reprogram your phone by dialing *228 and choose option 1. Once it's done programming, restart the device. Have your fiance do the same thing and retest.
