vatz143, Losing your phone is never a fun time! That happened to me recently so I totally understand how you feel. If you did not have insurance we can review your account and see what other options you have available. Please send me a direct message so I can review your account and further assist. To avois unauthorized usage on your phone, I suggest suspending the line until you have replaced the device. You can buy another device from Verizon or elsewhere you have to pay full price though. Verizon does have select certified pre-owned devices for much less than full retail. Otherwise find a used device elsewhere such as Amazon. Not just anyone can sell used Cell phones on Amazon (unlike most other items) so that is the most likely place you will find a good used device that is "legal" and "valid". Otherwise, ask friends, family etc. to see if they have any old devices sitting around.

PPlease report the stolen phone. It can be blacklisted by its IMED number.
